Filon Recovery
Connect Filon, prepare reminders, and run the sequence through GitHub Actions.
Integration role
Filon remains the sales cockpit. MailPulse receives opportunities to recover, prepares steps, sends emails and WhatsApp messages when resources are available, and creates a human action when automation should not act alone.
Configuration page
Configuration lives in Settings > Integrations. The production page to open is:

The page can generate and revoke mp_filon_* keys. The full key is shown only once. Filon must call the API with Authorization: Bearer <key>.
Standard sequence
- D+0: invoice email.
- D+3: soft reminder email.
- D+7: WhatsApp when configured.
- D+10: firm email.
- D+14: human action.
Resources and fallbacks
Email uses the organization verified domain. If no domain is ready, MailPulse can use MAILPULSE_MANAGED_FROM_EMAIL when configured by the platform.
WhatsApp uses Meta when the configuration is active, otherwise Baileys when a session is connected. If nothing is available, the WhatsApp step fails with an actionable message and the sequence continues to the next steps.
Recoveries
The Recoveries page shows GitHub Actions status, last run, upcoming reminders, recent errors, and human actions to handle. A sequence can be cancelled from the dashboard.
